How long does it take to get a Green Card?

 Obtaining a Green Card through an EB-5 visa can take more than a year, as petition I-526, referred to as EB-5, takes up to eight months to be judged by the USCIS. Subsequently, the Green Card will be processed by the State Department through the American Consulate or Embassy.
